2011-11-30: When the compile your programs with GCC (Version >= 3.4)
and option -msse4.2 and your CPU supports
sse 4.2, then a single instruction is used for the
popcount method (bitmagic::b1Cnt).
2011-11-14: Added the template parameter "BitVector" to wt_huff and wt_rlmn.
This may cause compile errors, when you compile code where you have
specified template paramters for wt_huff and wt_rlmn. You should
add the class bit_vector as first template parameter to wt_huff
and wt_rlmn in this cases.
