Rebase against Element Android v1.6.5

Les changements dans Element android sont principalement des correctifs. Pas de nouvelle fonctionnalité ajoutée.
Des changements ont été apporté à la migration vers la crypto Rust. Je recommande de mettre en pause le déploiement de la version 2.9.2.
