Bug fixes only. Don't upgrade to 52 without 53, seems to introduce a secure storage bug.

52 :

Set up key backup using non-deprecated APIs (Set up key backup using non-deprecated APIs matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk#12005)
2 notification bugs : Fix notifications appearing for old events (Fix notifications appearing for old events matrix-org/matrix-js-sdk#3946).
Prevent phantom notifications from events not in a room's timeline (Prevent phantom notifications from events not in a room's timeline matrix-org/matrix-js-sdk#3942).

53 :
Fix a fresh login creating a new key backup
