While the file is generally self-explanatory, I believe it would be good to have a quick introduction on what is the tracker about, and where can you use it.
It might also be non-obvious at first that keeping a "diary" in this form might be a great asset for job interviews - it's essentially an up-to-date description of who you are and what your skills are. Could be a good addition to the standard CV format.
Furthermore, I don't quite understand why isn't a real profile shared in there. Having just John Doe with empty descriptions at the very top of the file is a little discouraging (it just looks so empty!). Is there any reason why there can't be real North member's information shared?
