[Feature Request] Pretty print Payload data

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a part of Payload, there is data field with a vec of bytes, depending on the size of that field, the logs can get very noisy with all of this data.

Spencer already previously wrote a pretty printer,

. Because we generate the Payload struct automatically, prost generates a default Debug trait that doesn’t use this pretty print.

Describe the solution you'd like

Either only Display print in our logs, or create a custom Debug implementation that uses the pretty printing logic Spencer wrote.
