Vagga is a containerization tool, similar to docker but without daemons.
Maybe this is easier to implement than Docker

If it uses user namespace feature to run non-root, then we can't: because user namespaces are disbled on android phones, due to proclaimed security reasons.

If it runs on unmodified kernels properly as root, consider asking on termux-root-packages repo.
