Missing metrics in Thanos when prometheus store is running in HA mode #6557

We have deployed Thanos in one cluster and connected few Prometheus from other clusters servers to it.

However I noticed some metrics are missing in Thanos Grafana Dashboard. For Prometheus stores not running in HA mode data are present. But for Prometheus stores where we enable HA mode data are missing.

How to enable HA mode while still getting all metrics in Thanos dashboard?

Hey, can you please provide some more information? It would be good to know how all Thanos components were configured for example!

I wonder if it could be related to #6612; are you using a nightly build?
