Add support for multiple timezones

Currently all date data is stored as utc.

Data displayed in the app is using local timezone.
However, when requesting a report as CSV, currently it will use a hardcoded Europe/Brussels timezone.

Idea is to save the timezone on the user document (add option to change in my preferences) and take this timezone when requesting a new export.
