Implicitly add Core module to GraphQLApp and schema transformation

Schema mappers depend from core schema with directives declarations and Core graphql module resolvers. Right now user have to add Core module to schema transformation or/and to GraphQLApp creation. Which might lead to silly mistakes if you forgot to do it. I suggest to add Core module implicitly.
