Resign my membership confirmation page

There should be a new page shown when pressing "Resign my Membership" button in account settings called www.thegooddata.org/resign

What should happen once the user has clicked on the "Resign my membership" button? I mean in terms of UI, should she be redirected to the front page and log her out? also show any particular message?

I've reopened it because I've updated the text that should be in the right hand side (read issue description). When showing this page, an email should be sent in parallel to the user confirming the resignation. This is not working anymore (if ever did).

When pressing the "resign membership" i receive directly the confirmation email. By the way, this email has a wrong title, does not show the "username" and has "theGoodData" written in grey in the signature.

The user is not forwarded anymore to the page that should confirm user resignation.

This was tested in preproduction after pressing the "edit profile" button in collaborate-pre

I have to work on the deletion of content by the resigning user. So far, the user is marked as blocked, I think.
