feat: questionnaire dashboard #65

Now that we have questionnaire editor, and sending (see #63 and #64) we want a way to visualize the results.

We can start with the basics of per questionnaire:

how many were sent
how many are outstanding
actions to resend
view individual results
action to print to pdf (look at https://surveyjs.io/pdf-generator/documentation/overview)

We should also look into the surveyJS dashboard component: https://surveyjs.io/dashboard/documentation/overview )
