This repository contains the executables for the Hybrid-DIA "Moonshot" applications, developed using Thermo's IAPI.
Usage instructions for the Exploris moonshot application can be found here.
These applications are for use with Thermo Fisher Scientific mass spectrometers. Use of the IAPI requires a IAPI Software License Argreement to be in placed. Please see these instructions for obtaining a license.
The applications in this repo are governed by the MIT License.
