[Automation Request] Add CLI tests to Github Action #17

Currently the Odin CLI Github Action builds the tool, another job should be run which runs the tests after a successful build.

I've re-opened this as the config for the action seems to have failed: https://github.com/theycallmemac/odin/runs/745025728?check_suite_focus=true

It seems to be that the engine is not running on that job, though it's how I'm running it for the SDK tests.
