Add Time Format setting to first time user experience

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a new user, I'm requested by the setup wizard to set my Timezone. Then, I have to update my Time Format in the settings if they don't match my Timezone/Language/Capital.

Setting the Timezone should set the Time Format (Ex. Paris => 24h)

Thank you for this request! It's 2024 and there's still no convenient way (that I know of 😇) to get the preferred date/time format from the users browser. We do have the Intl API now which gives us getHourCycles() but that isn't supported by Firefox unfortunately.

So imo the best solution would be either to give users the possibility to set the datetime format right in FTUE, or keep things as they are and maybe hint the user to the settings to adjust datetime config if needed.

Or does anyone know another way to map timezone/language information to a specific datetime format?

I think it should tie in with the FTUE, but that's more of a UX decision.
