When error happened on etcd, etcd log wrong print will cover cdc log

start one tikv/pd/tikv-cdc
kill pd
cat tikv-cdc.log

3. What did you see instead (Required)

etcd log wrong print

4. What did you expect to see? (Required)

etcd log right print

5. What is your migration tool and TiKV version? (Required)

TiKV:
TiKV CDC: master
