Ability to set statusbar color while splashscreen appears

Feature Request

Ability to set statusbar color in config.xml while splashscreen appear to user.

Motivation Behind Feature

Users can have different colors as background for splashscreen, if I have chosen red background, I would like to have statusbar color shown as red as well, instead of default black in case splash screen does not launch full screen.

Feature Description

I can have an option to add preference value in my config.xml file, where I can set the color as desired.
