Investigate allowing teachers to put their schedules directly into Ion

This is LONG-TERM. It's not going to happen during hybrid, but this issue is a reminder to consider it.

Topic of discussion

Currently, teachers fill out paper calendars and turn them into 8PO, who then manually enters them. This would allow schedules to be directly put in by teachers and approved by 8PO through Ion.

Proposed options/solutions

This would require a significant chunk of views. The teachers need a place to enter their schedules and eighth office needs to be able to see and approve on a teacher by teacher basis. They would probably also want some ability to mass list and approve. They are on board with the general concept, but emphasize that nothing should be shown in Ion until they approve it.

Personal opinion (if applicable)

I like this (credit to @UltraSPARC); it makes little sense to use paper when Ion has all of the activities already in. It's going to be a bit of a hassle to nail down the details and make a system that isn't unusable due to poor design, but I think it's worth it.
