Topic of discussion

We should take a look at removing data fields like phone number, birthday and address, which are not useful to Ion's purpose and are mostly unused at the point in time due to FCPS regulations.

Proposed options/solutions

Removing these is probably not as simple as deleting the field in the model because they are referenced in other places. Removal would need to be thorough in fixing all references to this information.
