I'm stuck. I've got several mobile sites that use the Smooth-Div-Scroll app as a navbar and it's one of the features that I'm most proud of.

You can see my issue by heading out to http://brucegust.com/rodgers/mobile/resources.php. I've made it so you can view it on your desktop as well as your mobile device. On your desktop, it works great, as far as being able to click on all of the scrolling links. But on your mobile device, it doesn't work.

Why? What am I missing and how can I fix it?

I've googled and looked and asked and have yet to come up with a solution and I'm hoping that someone in this forum can help me out.
