The error text:

OpenURI::HTTPError: 405 Method Not Allowed

The error is caused by the second line:

guidebox_tv = GuideboxWrapper::GuideboxTv.new('key', 'US')
current_show = guidebox_tv.fetch_tv_show_by_db_id(serial.imdb_id, 'imdb’)

And to be precise, the error is caused by the absence of the series in the database.

Confirmed bug. Will work to have this fixed by the end of the week!
