Time zone matched to the user

The authors enter the temporal properties in their time zone and then there is shown which time is finally stored in GMT/ UTC as temporal metadata. So the time is still stored in a clearly defined time zone, but the authors have no circumstances regarding the conversion and there can be no calculation errors by the authors.
The article view could also show the readers the temporal properties of course in UTC/ GMT but also in their own time zone.
