Links in sheets throw MalformedURLException #2

Internal links in Excel sheets aren't valid URLs and so throw a MalformedURLException when converted into HyperLinkCell types.

Fixed in dcb7c03 by reverting to a StringCell type if the link doesn't start with file:// or http://
