When opening a campaign, such as that for the subjective reputation graph, in Safari on iOS there seems to be some bug about the initial load and rendering of the collapsed/hidden text where it overlaps/condenses itself and doesn't actually collapse. If you scroll down, the "show more" button is there, you can toggle it to get things to render correctly, and then toggle the "show less" button and it will collapse correctly.
