A basic hello-world website using Inversion, hosted with IIS and using Razor pages.
You'll need the following for Windows:
- IIS installed
- ASP.Net enabled (best tick both 3.5 and 4.6 in the setup)
- URL Rewrite 2.0 Module - install with the Web Platform Installer
