Search console URL-prefix domains not working

The search console API request is for domain level properties only, I have plenty of URL-prefix properties and the request is different for the GSC API:

Examples: http://www.example.com/ (for a URL-prefix property)
sc-domain:example.com (for a Domain property)

Proposed solution: add a setting to define whether the domain is a domain or URL level property.
