Hi experts,

I am wondering whether you have any known full papers or abstracts that use multiband fMRI and applied the TAPAS PhysIO toolbox. Could you please provide some links to those if you have any known studies?

Thank you.

Best regards,
Ruwan

Dear Ruwan,

I am pretty sure that people have used the PhysIO Toolbox with multiband data and published on it. Have a look in the forum here, also in some of the closed issues, where questions similar to the one you raised in this issue came up.

You can then check the 300+ publications on google scholar page citing PhysIO to see whether you recognize any authors who posted here on multiband and PhysIO.

As I mentioned in the other issue, I don't think there is a fundamental problem using PhysIO with multiband data. There are some timing discrepancies and an unintuitive user interface for now, which we should definitely improve, but once the timing for the slice you want to optimize for has been defined, the algorithm is no different for single- and multiband data.

We have used PhysIO with multiband data successfully in the labs I worked in as well, but most of these studies are not published yet. If you have any specific concern, please let me know and we can look into it.

I hope that helps!

All the best,
Lars
