Enhancement | v1 Operators default kfdef should include trustyai-service operator

After installing a rolling ODH operator from Operatorhub, the default kfdef should include trustyai-service operator since we are providing it OOTB along with the operator now.
Steps:

1. Install the V1 operator from rolling channel
2. create kfdef, the default kfdef should include trusty-ai operator.

The code is added here: https://github.com/opendatahub-io/odh-manifests/blob/master/kfdef/odh-core.yaml but not sure where the Defaults are picked up from in odh.
