Add formatWeight utils to formatUtils module

There could be the option of formatting weights and handling the plural/single case(e.g. 1 κιλό, 2 κιλά)

Does the following proposal make sense? WDYT?

An alternative approach would be to have a dedicated format util for each weight type, like the following.

formatPound(1) // 1 λίβρα
formatPound(2) // 2 λίβρες
formatPound(2, { format: "short" }) // 2 lb
formatPound(3, {  withInternational: true }) // 3 λίβρες (lb)

Besides weights, we could add distances, speeds, areas, and many more. But I'll leave that for another discussion.

yeap it totally make sense @raptisj ! Actually I'm planning to introduce a formatUtils module to handle these type of helpers...
