Render Error with Custom Record

So, i have managed to get a custom record set up, the .ogg file is there and it should have working lang. The only problem is i get a java.lang.ArithmeticException: / by zero anytime i mouse over the item. Here is the crash log.

Sorry for the massive delay on this, but perchance do you still have the config file you used? I'd love to test this and see what the cause is, because it's strange. For some reason the record type registry is empty.
