Expected behavior and actual behavior

When the user is open the statistics, all results should shown. At the moment the window is empty.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open T4W and try to look into the statistics, the window is empty.

Specifications like the version of the project, operating system, or hardware.

Current T4W version.

The issue is a SynchronizationLockException thrown from LiteDB: mbdavid/LiteDB#1637
