Apache / LAMP (and others) - mod_evasive doesn't have permission to log #1950

We're adjusting the default log location for mod_evasive - with the intention of making it easier/more intuitive to find.

However it appears that not working as intended:

mod_evasive[1098]: Couldn't open logfile /var/log/apache2/dos-xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx: Permission denied

Needs investigation and fixing!
