Domain controller - pre-configure to support use as a print server; with PDF printer included

The doman controller appliance already includes CUPs but it is pretty out of date and sub-optimal. It should have a more modern set up, integrated with Samba. From what I gather from a brief scan of the docs, it just requires some samba conf tweaks and pre-installation of the cups-pdf package.

It would also be nice to provide some additional documentation, e.g. installing hardware specific drivers. Drivers for many printers is pretty easy via Debain's CUPS printer driver metapackage. I.e.:
