This function solves the problem (这个功能解决的问题)

It would be good to have a scrollTo method to call, when using virtual scroll on Tree component. This will help to scroll to active selection when we programmatically select a node, but the node is not visible in the current scroll position.

Expected API (期望的 API)

Similar to scrollTo in DataTable.
