This function solves the problem (这个功能解决的问题)

解决比例布局的问题，现有的grid布局只能平均分配，不能比例分配

Expected API (期望的 API)

我占了一行的三分之一 我占了一行的三分之二 参照element-ui的设置

应该是不行的，我打算试验一下 layout-sider 能不能传百分比，能的话就关掉这个 issue
