fixed navbar dropdown menu showing scroll bar

I have found that the fixed navbar on the sticky-footer-navbar example is showing a scroll bar when selecting a drop-down menu, i.e. the drop-down is contained in the navbar instead of extending below the navbar.

Without any screenshots or browser details, we can't help. Looks fine on my end.

Well, maybe I'm being fussy, but if you resize the browser window and click on the dropdown menus in the toggle menu and then resize the browser window back to full width there is a scroll bar on the top right when you click on a dropdown menu. Please see attached image. Maybe it's a non-issue as I suppose people wouldn't be looking at the mobile view and then the full width view normally....

I have the same problem, to illustrate it:
Before resize browser I have this (no problem)

I resize the browser to have a small menu. The menu add a scroll when I click:

After, I resize in full screen, the scroll doesn't disappear.

Don't hesitate to tell me if you what other information.
