Incorrect documentation

Describe the issue

I may be missing something. I see the documentation mentions adding the .open class to the accordion but that has no effect and I don't see anything about an open class in the accordion scss file.

I am able to use .show on an .accordion-collapse to have it expanded by default. I am able to accomplish what I need to do. It just seems like that line of documentation is pointing to something that doesn't exist.
