Error - Can't get Last Row of Table 1 of Scroll Area 1 of Group 1 of Group 1 of Window 1 #2

I can sense that I am SO CLOSE to exporting my data out of 1Password. However, when I run this script, here's where I am getting stuck:

The script automatically clicks the "Add" button and the new form field slides out from the top.

However, right after, I get the following Script Error -

System Events got an error: Can't get last row of table 1 of scroll area 1 of group 1 of group 1 of window 1 of application process "Safari". Invalid index.

This script is my only hope Obi-Wan (as a fellow Jedi mentioned in his other comment). Please help me figure this out! Thanks!
