[Feature] Notify that the app still updading and will be informed after finishing updading #1821

add an option to inform the user that the application still updating like the example below for the notifications:

Please close ApplicationName to update
(After closing) ApplicationName is updating, you will be notified when it is finished
ApplicationName updated, you can launch the Application

The user might open the application before it finishes updating or notify the user if he tries to open the app before finishing updating
