Add target="_blank" attribute to links using createLinkPlugin

I'm wondering how to add custom attributes to elements from plugins in general.

Specifically for the createLinkPlugin I want to add the target="_blank" attribute. I saw discussion #496 but it seems outdated?

The only options are:

{
    rangeBeforeOptions?: RangeBeforeOptions;
    isUrl?: (text: string) => boolean;
}

What am I missing?
