Testing for a Docker container revealed that some systems using Python 3 abort during the ccpp_prebuild.py call. A fix was already in the CCPP master branch but will be brought to the release branch (NCAR/ccpp-physics#499). After this, the fv3atm and ufs-weather-model will have to be retagged.

@climbfuji has added this fix to the release/public-v1 branch of ccpp-physics. New tags have been created for ccpp-physics, fv3atm, and the ufs-weather-model.
