v0.9.1: support for Fiori Elements v4 Testing Library

With release 0.9.1, wdi5 now supports the Fiori Elements (FE) OPA v4 Test Library.
The FE v4 Test Library is essentially a sum of predefined Page Objects and actions in OPA(5) that are used to run "typical" User Interaction scenarios on Fiori Elements applications. They adhere to the Gherkin "behavior-driven" notation:

Given.onTheMainPage.onFilterBar().iExecuteSearch()
Then.onTheMainPage.onTable().iCheckRows(12)
Then.onTheMainPage.onTable().iCheckRows({ identifier: "inc_0002", title: "Password Reset" })
When.onTheMainPage.onTable().iPressRow({ identifier: "inc_0002" })

🚀 With 0.9.1, these OPA-style FE-tests can be directly reused in wdi5.

Documentation is sparse on the Fiori Elements (FE) OPA v4 Test Library, even in UI5 core, but we're working on some for wdi5 at https://js-soft.github.io/wdi5/.
