PR #5 introduced support for a
prompt:nonescope. As recently (inadvertently) demonstrated in the IAR demonstration at https://sms.cam.ac.uk/media/2720107, there is an argument for aprompt:alwaysscope which will always show a Raven login box, even if the user has an appropriate cookie set.It would be sensible to have
