重现步骤

设置decimal-length后，无法删除后填写新值，会自动补全为0
文档中 ”定小数位数“ 这个示例就有这个问题，可以删除最后一位试一下

期望的结果是什么？

正常应该在失去焦点后再去调整值，但注意不要和用户blur事件冲突

实际的结果是什么？

无法输入，无法删除小数填写
