这个功能解决了什么问题？

不做国际化功能，意味着只能在国内普通企业流通，走不出去，没有格局。发展也只能这样了

你期望的 API 是怎样的？

1、提供最基础的中/英文语言包（全世界使用人数最多的两种语言）
2、提供基础切换语言功能
3、提供自定义组件内部语言功能，支持自定义组件内语言包
