Summary

Discordのようにユーザーが自分にロールを付与できる手段を提供する。

Purpose

ロール別お知らせ機能の活用手段の一つとして、お知らせを受け取るかどうかを管理者が付与するのではなく、ユーザーが選択できるようにする。
