Jump to top of page after page forward navigation

Currently when a user has scrolled to the bottom of a page and then clicks to navigate to the next page the scroll bar stays scrolled down. It would be a better experience for the user to scroll to the top after forward page navigation.

Note: previous page navigation should stay scrolled to the bottom.

DoD:

Forward page navigation should scroll the user to the top of the page. Backward page navigation should stay scrolled to the bottom.

Solved the issue and created a PR

Looks good to me. When user has scrolled to bottom of screen and navigates to next page, the new page starts at the top of the page. If desired to navigate back to previous page it resumes at the bottom of the page. Tested with translationCore Create - v1.15 build 268-58d9896.
