Adding a couple lines to a block of markdown before a title creates a new block that can not be easily deleted.
Peek 2020-07-29 09-23.gif

Options:
A. Backspacing in an empty block will delete the whole block
B. Pressing Delete in an empty block will delete the whole block
C. Deleting blank lines in raw mode will cause the blocks to not re-appear in preview.

DoD: Deleting an empty block can be deleted as simply as it can be created.

Fix is testable in preview:

https://deploy-preview-17--markdown-translatable.netlify.app/

  1. open demo for Translatable component
  2. turn preview OFF
  3. turn blocks OFF
  4. edit the markdown to add a new block
  5. turn blocks ON
  6. empty the new block; blur out
SEE: the empty block is automatically removed.
