People won't remember things like "NISTu171" but "gallon_uk".

We should provide each and every unit a corresponding ASCII shorthand, which is best if we can match the UCUM values.

I have added the short identifier for most units based on the older UnitsML schema. I believe there are still units that do not have the short identifier, so there's still work to be done.

We've got such equivalents for all symbols; they're not UCUM values, but the requirement has been done for units. Quantities and Dimensions, not so.
