"Command-line install" instructions transform vere binary into urbit

The binary is now called vere, not urbit, but the CLI instructions transform the binary into an executable called urbit. Should the CLI instructions instead transform it to vere and refer to it as such?

It took a few months of being on the network to discover that the urbit binary is vere, this change would remove any ambiguity.
