As of writing, touchups to XSLTs for producing readable versions of catalogs in HTML and PDF are available and need to be merged into the repository.

This Issue can be closed when a PR has been merged to do so (with a link to this Issue) or it has been determined this does not actually need to be done.

@wendellpiez, per our email thread, is this more or less the issue we could use to track the work you discussed?

Indeed. As you can see the Issue is not very specific about the updates. We may need to spike a discussion for that. But none of this is urgent and indeed it can't be completed until the internal delivery is also done (and the runtime can be called stable again).

I can see to it that the production pipeline stays 'warm' in the meantime, which will make all of it easier.

The updates are here: https://github.com/wendellpiez/oscal-xslt/tree/catalog-view-updates-March2023

The internal delivery is no longer a blocker.
